Ep1 “What do you want from me?”

Getting what I need from a situation, be that meeting expectations, targets or my own happiness is all in the planning.

Who are my stakeholders? Efficiency comes from knowing what my students need, the requirement for their exams, but also what I want to improve my personal quality time. I wanted a ‘no surprises’ Christmas Break, with better family relationships, a happy, fulfilled time and zero simmering resentment. Definitely no anger….or shouting! Joy, joy, Joy!

All of this was in the planning.

This was the first step when I planned December 2023. The date has passed, but the process remains relevant.
