How to use this site
The Blog is a key area. You will find posts about many facets of running your own business. The choice is yours. Review the posts in chronological order or click the buttons at the top of the page and review posts by topic. We walk through strategy, marketing, break-even analysis, marketing, wellness and the Friday Dilemma section.
If you are interested in deepening your knowledge, there is a course comprising approximately two hours of direct tuition, over twenty questions to cement your understanding (approx. 5 mins each) and then extra time to apply to your business. While I am happy for everyone to purchase, those with experience of running a business (company or side hustle) will get more from the course. Having an idea about the sales, costs and customer variability of a business are really useful. The course is optimized for computer screens or tablets, but can also be completed on your phone. Course booklets are available for each of the five sections and you will need a calculator (phone is fine).
